AW S5 - U.A.E. - ECG available - IOS14 with AWOS7

I installed IOS 14 PB2 on my IP11 Pro & Watch OS7 developer Beta on the AW5. To my surprise, the health app gave me a message to set up ECG on the watch. As everyone knows the Series5 watches purchased in the UAE have ECG disabled due to regulatory issues.

Anyone with an AWS5 purchased in the UAE can check their health app for the availability of the ECG. BTW I'm located in India and purchased the watch in the U.A.E.
