AW S7 playing sound "Yeah, I'm Ready" thru speaker - what is this?

So, my daughter's AW S7 cellular is repeating "Yeah, I'm Ready" thru the speaker every couple of minutes or if you touch it in a certain way. It is like a radio message between two radio operators and one is saying that phrase over and over. Also, the watch face never shows up any more with AOD display on or off. Tried restarting many times by holding crown+side button but same thing. I do have AC+ and I will call them but I was just wondering what's the deal with that sound that is playing thru speakers. No apps of any kind are installed on this watch and I forced closed Music app and restarted. What's the deal? I am curious.I have attached short video clip.

That’s very weird. I would bring it to an Apple Store.
