AW says there are photos?

I was perusing through the setting in my AW3
And in settings->general->about, the system says I have 5 photos.

I go to the photo app and it says
“ no photos. To sync photos, choose an album from the Apple Watch app on your phone.”

How do I make this zero?
I don’t want any photos stored on the Watch.
