AW SE 2: Newbie question

Hello, a Newbie like question...How is this screen called and how to change the options. Did my research but couldn't find the name of the screen. Just a cue please and I'll do the rest. I'd like to replace Medical and Itinéraire. French because it's my native language.

Don't think it has a name. If anything, Emergency SOS screen? Power Off?

And pretty sure you can't change anything on that screen.
