Hello,

I have a new AW series 3 and an iPhone X. I'm not getting the hourly standing notification unless I reboot my iPhone. Once rebooted, it will work for the day and on the next day the notifications stop working again. So I have to reboot the iPhone again in order for it to work again.

Anybody knows what is causing this and how to fix it? The iPhone X was set up as a new device without any backups.

Your first step anytime the AW is doing something strange is the un-pair and then re-pair. This has almost always fixed any problems that I have had with the watch.

Let us know if this fixes the problem.

Thank you! I have tried it and it worked for 1 day and today it stopped working again. no standing notifications. :( I wonder if I'm the only one with this problem...
