AW Ultra band too small

I got the small band alpine loop. It’s tight but barely fits. However, when I try to take it off the clasp pops back towards the screen. I’m scared it’ll do that and crack the screen.

Tried to go to apple for a band exchange and it’s like when they released the solo loops. Have to return the whole thing…. But they’re not gonna have stock. I understand but seems like a waste.

Why not do exchange or give some type of credit to order just a replacement loop.

I had that happen a few years ago. My way around it was online chat and they suggested that they would email the location manager and coordinate a swap. It's worth trying the online chat. FYI: It was the order section where I did my chat.

I wish we could’ve just picked up in store so I would’ve at least known this morning when supply was plenty.
