Having owned the AW4, Ultra 1, SE 2 and now the 10. (LTE user since the AW4, its amazing albeit has many limitations)

Its by far my favorite version.

The AW4 and SE2 felt exactly the same, great devices. AOD is not a must for me at all, i actually enjoy the privacy.

The ultra battery life is great but too bulky and heavy, i thought it would be perfect for me when skateboarding but it hurt bouncing around my wrist, same with running, double the weight of the AW10, i could uncomfortably tighten the band around my thin wrist but would hurt by the pressure.

I also love the flatter profile of the regular AW over the ultra and really missed that for daily wear, not having my clothes etc snag behind the bulky Ultra.

The weight and size of the Ultra is just not great for my thin wrists, only really discovered that after using it extensively.

The 10 is fantastic, 42mm perfect size for me, weight is very acceptable. Biggest selling point for me is the fast charging, after a full day at work i charge after my gym/skateboard session at the evening when i sit on the couch for a hour or so, and then wear it all night for sleep tracking.

I cannot stress enough how much off a big feature the fast charging is, compared to my SE 2 its night and day! If anything this is the biggest and only big change between any apple watch till now and is a real quality of life improvement when using the watch.

I use the AW10 standalone when i go skateboarding, listening to music via my bluetooth headset, it does suck battery though. 1 hour skate sesion will eat alot off battery in standalone mode listening to music, but with fast charging no issue for me.

I have to say the black borders on the screen are as expected by apple as a reserve for future versions having a larger screen. Its scummy but its apple after all. But its kinda dirty seeing those black borders knowing by AW12 they some how "figured it out" how to fill out the screen that last 1/2mm and be nearly borderless.

It always feels kinda dirty. Because a 42mm AW10 could already be the same screensize of a 43/44mm we all know it, but apple keep that yearly incremental improvement reserved...

No complaints so far.
