AW3 / Draining Battery / Mail Settings

So I've been observing that with my AW3, mail background refresh turned off, and notifications set to off......when I look at the battery stats on my iP X, it's showing 75%....

Anyhow, I don't thin theres anything else to tweak but what are your settings with your AW/ mail app ?
