AW3 missing GPS from the start of outdoor runs/walks

Twice in the past 3 days my wifes AW3 has recorded the correct distance on 2 walks, but the GPS track starts 4-5km into the walks?

The actual distance reported within the Fitness app is correct, however the GPS track is incorrect.

Any ideas on how to fix? Hopefully this isn't a similar issue to the recent bug!

Both screenshots should have started and finished at the same place. I did the walk today with her and my AW6 recorded it fine.

I’ve noticed the same thing I think (AW:SE, not AW3) Did she start the workout manually? Or does the GPS tracking correspond to when the workout was auto detected?

My wife had the same issue with her S3.
Which watchOS version do you use ?

She’s manually starting the activity and running watchOS 7.3
