I had the Apple Watch 3 stainless steel for 2 weeks and now see a long line mark across the screen. Its not a scratch but a thicker line mark. Can I wipe this off? Not sure how it happened since this is sapphire and I don't work with my hands.

Did You actually try wiping off the mark? I would start with a clean microfiber cloth and see what that does.

Be careful about what you use if the suggestion above doesn't work. You could remove the coating on the display.
