Since Last week I have noticed that my total and active calories are almost the same. Active = 650 calories, total = 800.
Before last week I would have Active calories = 650 and total calories around 2000-2600.
I am on the latest wOS and iOS software, and have reset my health info the other day, but still seeing the same results.
Does this matter? Should I ignore? or is something off?
Any help here would be great. In the last couple months I have been more active so I started caring more. Also compared to the history over the last year, I have never had total calories so low, even when I didn't workout as much. The more I search the more I think they should be different.
