AW4 Speaker Volume

Hi all

Don’t know if I was expecting more or whether it’s how it’s meant to be, but I did expect a much larger boost in speaker volume on S4...

Mine is about equivalent to half the phone call loud speaker volume on the XS? Maybe a tad louder...

Is that about right for everyone or is it supposed to be a lot louder?

It's supposed to be 50% louder than the previous models, which seems about right to my ears without a decibel meter.

My question would be, have you owned an Apple Watch before? (Its clearly noteable the increased volume with the Series 4.)That way you can kind of compare the volume to what you were used to from A previous Gen Watch to the Series 4.

Yeah I have owned the 1st generation Watch, I just expected more of a volume jump through 4 generations of the device... didn’t the sound improve much between the 1st gen and series 3?

Massive difference in overall volume from
The first Gen Watch to the Series 4. Series 3 was seemjngly improved, but not on the level it was for the Series 4.
