Hi

is the screen brightness on a Apple Watch 5 not all that bright? It’s not very viewable in bright outdoor settings. Only thing I’ve compared it to my Is iPhone X up full and then using the torch setting on the watch I’d say the screen on the watch full bright is slightly brighter. Is this normal?
Don’t seem to have much punch in daylight or is mine faulty?
Thank you

Yes. The Watch might be slightly dimmer than the phone. Think about how small the battery is. But I’ve never noticed a problem.

Hmmm I use my AW5 every day out in the sun while exercising and never once have I had an issue reading the screen in any sunlight condition.

Same with my AW4 which I just upgraded from a month ago... A year with that and never a day I wished the screen was brighter outdoors.

See what other people answer with...
