Aw7 don’t work with no apple charger

Hi
Yesterday I had contact a apple support by chat for the discussion of my aw7 dont work with no apple charger.
They tell me that aw7 can be work only apple charger
is it possible?
 
Whoever you spoke with has no idea what they’re talking about, I’m charging my S7 with a belkin 3-1 MagSafe charger.
 
hat watchOS version are you running? There have been reports early on with 3rd party charger issues that have been resolved in 8.4 - make sure you're on 8.5 though.
Which charger Make/Model are you having problems with?

I have last update on my aw7, it is a compatible model bought on Amazon.

Amazon is notorious for "fake" products, while I have no personal experience I've read many stories.
If you don't have an Anker, Mophie or other brand name, you probably got a fake ...
If you can return it, do so, if not, cut your losses, sorry, have no better advice.

Yes, but it’s strange because it charges my iPhone 12 Pro Max and aw5 of my wifi

there are multiple threads here from last year that S7 has had issues with 3rd party chargers, presumably fixed with 8.4/5. S7 has a different charger and puck to support fast charging, so Apple had to make some design changes. It certainly appears that S7 is less "tolerant" than older models ... I don't know what else to say at this point
