Awesome experience with GimmeSomeTune!

So I've been using GimmeSomeTune for a while now and I really love it. For the uninitiated, its basically an app that automatically adds lyrics to iTunes, adds hotkeys for player controls, and can bring up windows displaying song info and lyrics using other hotkeys. Very cool. I recently downloaded the latest version and found something a little strange: the info window had moved from the bottom left of the screen to the bottom center! I found this rather annoying, so I looked through the preferences menu to see if I could find a way to move it. I couldn't, so I went back to the GimmeSomeTune website (eternalstorms.at) and contacted customer support. The next morning I received a very helpful email back saying that there was indeed an option to change the location of the window, I had just missed it because it was a rather small button. Perfect! Problem solved. These guys were very helpful and had no problem assisting a dumb user who just missed an item in their menu. Two thumbs up for Eternal Storms!
