Awful iPhone Glitch - Very Strange

Hey everyone,

A couple weeks ago my iPhone 3G started to get this awful glitch that just came out of nowhere, and its getting to the point where I can't do anything on my phone without the possibility of the bug coming and interrupting what I'm doing. Its very hard to describe so I made it easy and recorded a video with photo booth which demonstrates the glitch in full.

My phone has the Apple Care Protection plan so its covered under warranty, I just don't know if this is a warranty issue. If someone can help me out here I'd greatly appreciate it!

Yes, this certainly counts! Try a full backup and restore once, but if that doesn't fix it take it back. There's no way this isn't something they'll either fix or replace.
