Anyone works out with the AWSS? How does it hold up? Does it look out of place at the gym?

On the other side of the equation, how does the AWS dress up compared to the AWSS when the occasion calls for it?
 
I wear my black link bracelet to the gym to weight train. Doesnt bother me at all. looks pretty slick on a sport space grey watch
