AX & AE Security question for WDS

Hi,

I have just bought an AX to be used in conjunction with my AE base station. Since I have my wireless network protected by a MAC address control list which is only evident in the AE configuration panel, do I have to add the same mac addresses to the AX to keep the security settings?..
