I just installed little snitch. When I run Azureus and little snitch together I keep getting pop-up windows asking me what I want to do with the connection (allow/deny). It asks me what I want to do with each connection, which could be a lot if I'm active on Azureus. Its driving me nuts and I'm sure there is a way to curb the pop-ups while running azureus.

Any help would be appreciated.

When the window pops up you have a choice between selecting deny, allow until quit, and forever. Pick forever, and then go to the drop down menu in the same window and select all network connections. This will stop the messages from popping up when using Azureus, as all connections Azureus makes will be allowed permanently.

Good suggestion using Azureus. Using Skype, I just stop Little Snitch until I'm off.
