Hello,
I would like to know why it is that sometimes under Azureu's "Seeds" column there may be something like "(0)15"? In other words, how/why could there be 15 seeders, but one may not be able to connect to any of them?

There could be lots of different reasons. Here are some I could think of rapidly:
1. You´re fire-walled and can´t connect to them.
2. They are fire-walled and can´t connect to you.
3. You aren't using RC4 encryption and they require it.
4. You require RC4 encryption and they are using it.
5. They already have their max connections used up for seeding.
6. You already have your max connections used for downloading.
Etc. Etc.

Just be patient and it will work itself to your computer. If people are superseeding, there can still be a full copy of the file out there.

how could one know if he/she is firewalled, or if the seeder is firewalled, or if he/she uses rc4 encryption, or the seeder uses rc4 encryption?
There is only one active torrent at the moment and that would be the one with the 0(15) under the "Seeds" column.
The only source of data in this torrent has come from a peer, who only had 46.3% of the files available for download.
It is werid, because the torrent's provider says that it's health is at 100%...

thnx for replying, btw

I´m pretty sure that the health status just means that the torrent has a sufficient amount of seeders vs leechers at the moment.

The encryption stuff is in the (advanced) settings as well as your firewall settings.
Go here
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Azureus
and you can search and read all about it.

Like I said before, just have patience-I work on some downloads for days.

alright....
i'll go look at the advanced options. im pretty sure they're just blocking their uploads, though.
thanks for the help. ill just leave it on for as long as i can. who knows, i might come home one day and see that it is complete!

Update:

OK, so i left the torrnt overnight, and here's the update:
The tracker's status says "Error (unregistered torrent pass, please try downloading again from the site"
Anyone know's what this means? :(

the original torrent file was deleted from the tracker for one reason or another

OR

your account is not allowed to DL this torrent for one reason or another

in any case, its rare to have X(Y) where X=Y

Typically Y is always larger than X, it has to do with reasons that were said earlier.

Always check your port forwarding in cases of slow DL/UL.
