Hey, I didn't know where else to ask this so I guess I'll post it here. I'm running OS 10.4.10 on a Intel MB with the latest version of Azureus. I'm completely new to torrents, so I don't really know the ins and the outs of this. My downloads are well populated, but I'm getting really slow download rates. Is there any way for me to increase my download rates? I've already made my upload rate 80% of my max and my download rate 95% of its max as is recommended. Thanks in advance.
