I have a Macbook that runs Tiger 10.4. A while back, my harddrive crashed and the people at the Mac store Genius bar said it was probably a corruption from Limewire. I didn't tell them that I also had Vuze on my computer (Vuze = Azureus). Does Vuze corrupt a Mac just like Limewire does? I want to start using it again but I'm scared it might kill my computer...again...

Thanks!

I don't think Limewire or azureus would crash your hard drive, it would probably have crashed regardless of which software you have on it.

Using evil, evil pirated software and media will corrupt your soul and run you the risk of perdition, but I fail to see how any of these programs will corrupt your hard drive.

Vuze and Limewire are different applications.

What made the genius believe Limewire was the culprit? It could be a million different things.
