Azureus won't load?

I have an interesting problem... After transferring the Az app to the Applications folder and trying to open it, it goes to the dock and starts bouncing like it should, and then it just fades away. Nothing else happens.

I'm running 10.4.6 with the lastest J2SE so everything should be good to go for it. Any ideas? Thanks!

I had that problem w/ my Intel Macs until someone pointed out that the Universal Binary is a separate build.
