B&W w/G$ uprade as Proxy server

I have a B&W Powermac with a 1GHz G4 SonnetTech upgrade kit installed running OS X 10.4.x that I would like to run as a headless proxy server. I'm having problems finding software to do this with though, does anyone have any suggestions?
