B1 Issue with Apple ID

I was having an issue with the App Store not allowing me to make purchases. The spinning circle instead of the download progress circle. So I thought well I will just Log Out of my Apple ID in Settings on my iPad Pro 12.9.

Now the App Store will NOT prompt me to input my ID just the same circle... So I went into Music and was presented with the I need to login stuff. I did however the sign in button turns grey but it sits there too.

I have restarted the iPad several times etc... Any ideas?

I have 4 apps that won't install, but will download. It's a developers preview / beta 1, so I'm waiting for a new version.

It's my development test phone, not my daily driver, so I can live with that.
