what's so weird about that?

i know i was born with two heads. one usually wins over the other but.... :)

seriously- that is tough. lotsa scary times ahead for those folks...
Most people would say the head without the brains is always winning, it's the debate over which head that is, that results in all the controversy.

But remember, they're cutting off this second head, so most people would have trouble getting their hands around that joke in post op.

My prayers go out to Rebeca and her family. I hope that she will make a full recovery.

They're going to need all our prayers. Something that dangerous is always risky... Good luck to her.

Now, would the operation be termed a decapitation, or would it be something else?

I am joining your prayers. Poor child and her parents. Hope for the best outcome.

Is it just me, or is this type of thing happening more and more these days? Maybe the press is focusing on it more? I have never heard of so many attached siamese twins being born in this world. And the weird thing is, it doesnt seem like it is isolated to people taking fertility enhancing drugs that this is happening to.

Its weird and sad. Is it other chemicals that we are around? So bizarre. Wonder if anybody is doing studies on this, or is it more common than we think, but the media is spending a lot of time covering it?
