Back glass one whole piece?

Does anyone know if the back glass also covers the camera lens?

I can't quite make it out on the ifixit teardown of the iPhone 4.

I'm asking because my 5 day old iPhone 4 has a nasty scratch just over the lens area.

Thanks, so it should be an easy fix.

Pop off the back cover and insert a new, scratch free glass back.

I have no idea if I made it or it came that way. Didn't pay enough attention.

Scrutinized the rest of the phone and it seems fine.
