help my 2019 MacBook Pro is having a back light issue and they want me to pay 600$. This issue happened to all the models untill 2019 but now it’s showing up on the 2019 ones also. Does anyone els have this issue and how can I get it fixed for free.

Assuming this is the same MacBook that you first posted about a month ago? What have you done in the interim? Who have you spoken to? Have you not done anything about it during the last month?

Yes it is. I tired talking to a bunch of representatives managers supervisors. One of them said they can send it in for replacement he just has to ask someone from that side and he will call me back in 2 days. I receive a call back saying that they can’t do it for me.

Maybe try a very polite email to Tim Cook (he won’t see it but his executive office will) explaining the situation. And maybe try speaking with your credit card company if that’s how you purchased it.

Have his email. And what would I say to my credit card company if the plan a doesent work
