It's not too unusual for there to be a couple of keys not as bright or brighter, because the entire thing is lit by one or two led's and a bunch of fibre optics to channel the light, it usually isn't perfect.

Ah thanks :)

It can just be some what bugging at night,

Is there anyway to fix this?

Not really. I've had a too bright 5 key on mine for years. It's all sandwiched into the keyboard structure itself, and can't do anything but replace entire thing. which with a unibody involves replacing whole top case of machine, a rather involved procedure. And I can't see apple counting it as an actual fault under warranty.
