I havn't use my ipod maybe twice, tonight I picked it up and I felt it cave in a small spot. Right behind the screen, so it has a small dent. . The screen is ok their no marks or srapes.. . Its perfect, how did this happen all I did was grab it from the back to take it out of case and its has a small caved in looks like it dent. What should i do and what kind of material is this the back made of

yes its a dent, what should i do

well im not saying its apple problem but it shouldn't dent this from me grabing it. it looks pushed in, but the screen as know marks. Its looks funny the back is shinny know marks, clean and right behind the screen a small soft dent.

Let's all sue apple for their dodgy iPods and easily-scratched nano screens:rolleyes:
Anyway... Is the dent noticable?
Does it make the screen harder to read and view?
Is it big?
 
everyone seems to be getting replacements on the 5G ipod i wonder if apple is going to update it cause of the scratching issues and they are trying to get rid of their stock....
 
On the subject of the whole scratching thing, I don't understand what people expect... If you keep your iPod out of a case, in your pocket with anything else (loose change, keys, a phone etc.), just like anything else in this universe - IT WILL GET SCRATCHED. Simple.
