I have two computers (1 and 2) on the same network. I have a third remote computer on a different network. Computer 1 and 2 can connect with each other without difficulties using Back to Mac. The remote computer can connect to computer 2 across the Internet but can connect to computer 1 sporadically and often loses connection. No issues with computer 2. Both are set up identically for Remote Management. I can connect to computer 1 from the remote computer through JumpDesk or other third party VPN. Just Back to Mac is the issue with computer 1 across the Internet.
Internet connection is not the problem since I can connect to Computer 2 (Back to Mac) and Computer 1 (JumpDesk).
Remote computer is not the problem since it can connect to Computer 2 which is on the same network as Computer 1.
Router is not the problem since remote computer can connect to Computer 1.
Back to Mac (Apple side) not the problem since computer 2 can connect across the Internet.
I am running Sierra 10.12.5 on all computers.
The issue has to be with Computer 1 and it's connection. I thought it might be permissions, but I can connect at times. Restarting computer 1 lets me connect for a while, but then when terminated and I try to reestablish the connection, problems develop.
Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
