Back to my Mac NAT errors

I have an airport extreme with NAT port mapping turned on.

However most times when I look at system preferences/mobile me/back to my mac it says that my router does not support NAT port mapping when I know it does.

Back to my Mac may or may not then work.
 
Can anybody help?

I am using Apple everything so why should I get the error?
