Back to School 2007/MacBook Update

I remember that there was a "Back to School" free iPod offered last year, and I also remember that the MacBook was updated in August. Does anyone happen to remember when the Back to School special ended? I'm just wondering if we can expect a MacBook update before Sept. 15 this year.

If you are feeling generous with your opinions this evening, what do you think the specs will be once the MacBooks are updated?
