Back to School Deals...This Summer..???

Hello, I am considering buying a macbook and joining the mac community. I know in the past they have done back to school/free ipod deals. If they do that this year does it just apply to college students or teachers and staff as well just like the normal education discount. And is it usually in June or what months would they do that? Thanks!

I believe it applies to anyone who gets an education discount, but I could be wrong
