What is acceptable in UK for the EAN labels

1. peeled off

2. cut off with cardboard

3. photocopies

1 or 2 are fine. As long as it's the complete label. Photocopies aren't accepted.

Thanks - the other thing is that although I placed the order on 4th - it won't get shipped until after the promo date. They ask to send the order confirmation email which I haven't kept.

But the order status clearly says order date 4th.

I wonder how fussy they are

Pity about not allowing photocopies and having to remove labels - messy

Just print off an extra invoice online, they'll accept that.

Either use a Stanley knife to cut it off the box or peel it carefully. You'll just be left with a little patch on the box. No need to hack it to pieces.
