back to school promo and snow leopard

so i want to buy a 13in macbook (i guess its considered a pro now) but yeah i waited for wwdc to see all the updates and stuff. so now my question is snow leopard isnt out till sept and the back to school promo ends sept 8. should i just buy my mbp now since i prbly wont be able to get leopard?

If i was you buy it now , you can upgrade for $10 , Theres not going to be any more update until next year
