I am planning on buying a MacBook Pro this week but I am contemplating waiting to see if any back to school promos happen again like free Beats or something else. The promo last year started this week but nothing has been said yet for this year. I would hate to buy a MacBook now and turn around next week and find out they are offering something free. Does anyone know when or if that will happen this year? Thanks!

Try Apple, they probably know more than us.
They do normally offer something that they've got warehouses full of and are about to refresh for free. No one but Apple knows what they'll offer this year but if you need the computer it's not worth holding out for. If you need it for school then you may as well wait if school doesn't start till later in the year.
