I live in the UK and applied for the back to school mac and iPod rebate.
However, I accidentally destroyed the rebate form I printed out. No problem, I'll just print another. However, when I went to do this the Apple site wasn't having any of it and just kept looping.
So I then thought I would just create a new rebate claim which I did, filled in the form and supplied all the documents. I then sent this recorded mail with my claims number on the envelope.
Now I just got a email from Apple saying they are missing my documents! Argh!
