Either a brick & mortar Apple store or the online Apple store (or by phone from Apple). Although maybe other stores will have competing sales . . . ?

I don't think you have to be a student to take advantage of the sale, but I don't know. I could be wrong about that.

Resellers don't participate in student discounts so you have to buy from Apple directly. Yes, you also have to be a student with valid student ID but if you talk good game and inside an Apple store you might be able to buy without an ID.

hmm 200 dollars off is a good deal but most apple products are available on amazon and cost are 150-200 dollars less than the retail price
