Back Up an external drive to another drive?

Hi All,

I currently have 2 external hard-disks, one of them has a time machine back up, all of my photographs and other media items and the other has a backup of the photos.

Is it possible to basically mirror the photos folder on my 1TB disk to my backup photo disk without doing it manually?
