Back up hd attached to my time capsule

There are loads of discussions on using an external usb drive as the time machine drive, but i am looking for an answer to a different problem.

I want to backup a usb hard drive hooked up to my TC. I don't want to use that drive as my time machine drive, I want to back it up.

I want to use the Airdisk feature on TC to act as a file server, I want 2 macs to be able to access the drive. This isn't a problem, it works fine. But how do I get TC to back up the shared drive?

Is there a way of doing this?
