Back up help

today i tried to back up my phone & it says cant be restored at this time 4.8g of 5 avail, i really dont put alot on this phone. I try several times its plugged in & connectrd to wifi, Then i start deleting things i really dont need like a few apps & contacts. After this it says 5.2g for next update..im confused as hell as to why its not backing up when i have the space needed i even deleted the old back up

Check your iCloud Drive. Maybe there's a lot of unwanted stuff in there.
