Back up iPhone content

I've got an 8gb iPhone in front of me and want to transfer all the content on it (including Sim card as per o2's instructions) to my 16gb which is sat in front of me also.


How would I go about making all the address book 'adds' on to the sim card rather than on the phone?

Any quick ideas?

Sync to Computer, switch SIM Cards, Sync new iPhone to computer. Done.

There is not storage to the SIM on the iPhone. Use your address book and iCal to transfer.
