I would like some advice on how to set up the following components on my home network.
Equipment I have:

Time Capsule 500GB (w/ built in Airport)
iMac 250 GB
MacBook 120GB with 22" external display
External hard drive LaCie 250 GB

Currently my iMac is my main computer with the Time Capsule attached to it for back up. I AM NOT UTILIZING THE MACBOOK THAT MUCH B/C all the photos and music is stored on iMac. With my new external display I would like to use the notebook more in a second den away from iMac and Time capsule.

My main question is about iPhoto, and iMovie data as they are currently only on iMac. If I am in my other room on my McBook I now can not edit in iPhoto or iMovie.

1. Should I move libraries to Time Capsule disk and access the library from both machines?

2. How do I back that up b/ the data in on the Time Capsule already?

3. Should I plug the 250gb external off of the Time Capsule and run libraries from there and then back up back to Time Capsule?

4. Can data be accessed from external attached to TC? Will it run too slow ?

5. If I put data on TC can Time Machine put back up on the external lacie attached to it?

I would really appreciate any thought in this

Thank you!
