Back up TC to NAS?

Just wondering if this is possible:

I have a NAS (Synology 1512+) and will soon add a TC to my setup. Just wondering if it's possible to back up or auto copy the TC to the NAS as a backup?

Anything's possible :) but I wouldn't recommend it. If you have Mountain Lion, just add both the TC and the NAS as backup locations. It'll alternate every hour.
 
Will you be using the TC as a backup destination? If so... then my general advice is to never backup a backup. Just make dual independent backups as the previous poster said.
