Back up/transfer Dashboard?

Hello marvelous MacRumors members,

I was wondering if there is somebody out there that might be able to tell me how I might move all of my Dashboard widgets from my old G4 tower to my new Mac Mini...? Is this even possible? I'd assume there are bunch of app and plist files in the Library that I'd have to copy between the machines for the transplant to be seemless, but I was wondering if somebody's already done the digging to find those files and figure out how to make things work.

The widgets that come with the machine are, obviously, already there. You can get the ones you added yourself from Library/Widgets. Under Library/Preferences you can copy all the files that start Widget-Com to avoid having to reset preferences. HTH
