Any way to back up your iPhone and save it on icloud? How would that work? Could you use it with Time Machine? Could you do this stuff with MobileMe or .Mac?

Oh cool. Does it automatically or do have to pull down the backup file save it on your Mac then use iTunes to grab the back up file and then restore it?

iOS 5 will give you the option of backup via iCloud or computer. You will also be able to sync wirelessly. Just check the box and sync manually, shouldn't have to restore...

It backs up to iCloud. Then, if you restore your iPhone or buy a new device, upon initial setup, restoring from iCloud backup is one of the options.
