Resolved Back ups of two different iPhones on iTunes possible?

I have both an iPhone X and 6+. I plan to use the Apple battery replacement program on my iPhone 6+, however I want to make a back up of it before I go to the Apple store. Does anyone know or have done a back up of two different iPhones on iTunes?

Sure, I do it all the time for my iPhone 7+ and my wife's iPhone 6s+. I also backup my iPad Pro to iTunes. The backups will be listed separately and can be restored the same way.
