Backed up iPhone Library but ..... now it cannot find

the iTunes library files... I used iTunesLibraryMove [saved in iTunes 9.2.1 > to another Drive F]... and moved all the files CheckBox. Reformatted drive and reinstalled iTunes... and selected Import Library... it says it cannot find the files... but I saved all the files, music, photos into a created Folder called MyiPhoneBackUp. I must have messed up. Please help. The files are all there in the MyiPhoneBackUp... mp3, mp4 movies, applications ipa, etc.. what can I do? Should I then select Add Folder instead?? which I would lose my settings, etc.. is there any utility which I can correct this problem?
