I'm on the GM release but have an issue with background battery usage.

Just checked my battery stats (under Settings > Battery) and under battery usage there seems to be alot of apps eating up battery in the background despite 'background app refresh' being turned off.

Facebook - 42 mins on screen - 9 mins background
Twitter - 37 mins on screen - 8 mins background
Snapchat - 10 mins on screen - 11 mins background
Photos - 11 mins on screen - 6 mins background
WhatsApp - 6 mins on screen - 11 mins background

After a bit of testing manually closing the apps seems to solve this...something Apple says doesn't need to happen to stop apps actually running in the background. Anyone else noticed this?
